Brand Identity

 Stoney Knob Cafe, located in Weaverville, North Carolina, is a Mediterranean-inspired restaurant serving an array of dishes both 
Greek and Southern, and has remained in the same location for 60 years. 

Goals for this speculative rebrand include accurately displaying the fun, unusual, and eclectic atmosphere of the restaurant. Providing an updated color palette, logo, type treatment, and redesigned menu as part of the brand assets. 






Initial logo sketches and refinement, focusing on preserving aspects of the original logo that are quintessential to the brand, such as the pegasus, and creating a more accessible and clear system that can work across various applications.
